What do Communist China and The City of St. Paul have in common?
The list is growing. The latest is determining the exact specifications of the pet you can have. Does it make noise? Does it smell? Is it unable to exist outdoors in our climate? Then it's probably about to be banned in Saint Paul, like the sugar glider.
In China, this guy complained in an internet post on a Chinese pet site that he had co-founded about local government height restrictions for dogs and the post was removed. He has decided to fight it, as well as the pet restrictions and I wish him well on that.
